Billing & Payments

Home² offers three tiers: Free, Basic (₹99/month), and Pro (₹299/month). All subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.

Subscription Tiers:

  • Free Plan: Lifetime access with basic features for managing 1 property
  • Basic Plan: ₹99/month for up to 3 properties and 10 rooms per property
  • Pro Plan: ₹299/month for up to 10 properties and 100 rooms per property

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase a subscription?

Subscribe directly through the Google Play Store from within the app or from the Play Store website. Open the app, go to Settings > Subscription, and select your preferred plan.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing using your registered payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other regional payment options.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the Google Play Store. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy. We only store information required to provide our services.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Export Data. You can generate PDF reports for bills, receipts, and tenant information. For more complex exports, contact support for assistance.

What if I switch devices?

Sign in with the same Google account on your new device. Your data will sync automatically. Make sure to backup important information periodically.

How do QR codes work in Home²?

With the Pro tier, you can generate QR codes for rooms and bills. Tenants can scan these codes to access specific property information or make payments quickly.
