MARKETPLACE LISTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

True Representation

You warrant that all details provided (Rent, Electricity Rate, Bed Count, Location) are accurate and up-to-date.

Images

You verify that the "Cover Image URL" provided depicts the actual room or premise being rented. You must own the copyright to the image or have permission to use it.

No "Bait and Switch"

You may not list a room at a low price to attract leads and then offer a different, more expensive unit.

2. AUTHORITY TO RENT

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the property or a verified manager with explicit written permission to lease the specific room (Room Number).

The property complies with all local safety, zoning, and rental regulations.

3. PREMISE VISITS & SAFETY

Visit Toggle

If you enable "Allow Premise Visits", you agree to accept visit requests from potential tenants.

Sole Responsibility

Home² is not responsible for the safety of any individual during a physical site visit. You agree to conduct visits at your own risk and discretion.

Scheduling

It is your responsibility to coordinate visit timings directly with the potential tenant.

4. PUBLIC VISIBILITY & PRIVACY

Contact Info

You acknowledge that your Name, Email, and Phone Number will be made publicly visible to prospective tenants on the marketplace.

Listing Visibility

The ranking and visibility of your listing may be influenced by your active Subscription Plan (e.g., Pro, Basic, Free). Listings associated with expired subscriptions may be deprioritized or hidden.

5. FEES & PAYMENTS

Rent Collection

Home² is a listing platform only. We do not process rent payments on this form. You are responsible for collecting rent and security deposits directly from the tenant.

Transparency

The "Rent" and "Electricity Price" listed must be the final asking price. Hidden charges should be disclosed in the "Public Note."

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the "Public Note" field to include offensive language, discriminatory statements, or links to external competitors.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or receives consistent user complaints without refund.

7. ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES

If we discover any suspicious, false, misleading, or illegal activity related to your listing, Home² reserves the right to:

• Immediately remove or suspend your listing without prior notice
• Ban your account from using the platform entirely
• Take legal action if the listing involves illegal activities or fraud
• Report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities

We actively monitor listings to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Any user found to be in violation of these terms may be permanently banned from the platform.
